Derek Kinnear

Derek lives in Upper Arlington with his wife, Lauren, and their two daughters, Bella and Claire. He graduated from The Ohio State University in 2004 with a degree in Civil Engineering.

He is an owner of KKG Management and Charles Hart Real Estate where he specializes in the acquisition and operation of multifamily assets. 

Derek enjoys various outdoor activities including golf, water skiing, boating and camping but his main passion is spending time with his family and friends. Derek and his family attend Rock City Church and he has been an active member in Search Ministries for five years.
